1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and pk9 ("pk9," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk9.lat. 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of pk9 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
2. You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
3. You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pk9, or an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the pk9 platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming facility.

pk9 employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, or UMID — before your first withdrawal is processed. pk9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for purposes of regulatory compliance or fraud prevention.

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All balances, including any winnings, will be forfeited and reported to PAGCOR in accordance with regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To use real-money gaming services on pk9, you must create a single registered account. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account per person. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. pk9 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. Any action taken on your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pk9 support immediately at the email address listed in the footer of this page.

pk9 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. pk9 will never request your full password via email, SMS, or live chat.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online transfer, BDO internet banking, and Metrobank online transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pk9 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or international wire transfers.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your pk9 wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers are credited subject to the respective bank's processing schedule and InstaPay or PESONet clearing times. pk9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on a same-business-day basis subject to banking cut-off times. pk9 does not charge withdrawal fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pk9 is obligated to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR's AML directives. pk9 may suspend withdrawals, request source-of-funds documentation, or report unusual transaction activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law, without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk9 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting boosts. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and expiry periods, which are published in the relevant promotion details at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pk9 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or fraudulently claim bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated software — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on pk9 are operated in accordance with published rules available within each game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, dice, roulette wheels — operated by professional dealers in regulated studios.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are as published by the respective game providers and are accurate within standard variance parameters. pk9 does not modify RTP settings below provider-certified minimums.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play or bet on pk9.
• Collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation.

In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects a game outcome, pk9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Payouts made in error due to a technical fault may be reclaimed by pk9.

7. Responsible Gaming

pk9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All registered players have access to the following tools within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss notifications, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion), and permanent self-exclusion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk9 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade names, and written content — is the exclusive property of pk9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the pk9 platform without prior written authorisation from pk9.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk9's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the pk9 platform, even if pk9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unavoidable technical outages may occur without advance notice.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

pk9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk9 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or AML-reportable activity;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Regulatory requirements compel account action;
• Responsible gaming obligations require account intervention.

Upon termination for breach, pk9 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found and the termination is at pk9's discretion, verified account balances will be returned to the account holder via the withdrawal method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk9 platform.

Before initiating formal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact pk9 support to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute. Players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing pk9's operations.

12. Amendments

pk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the pk9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
